These guys are not the cheapest. However, with structural work and contractors - you often get what you pay for. The on site crew was professional, fun, and helpful. They left things as clean as one could have hoped for. Hopefully I won’t need to anymore work done like this in the future, but if I do I wouldn’t hesitate to give these guys a call.

LTL Construction is amazing. The team is extremely professional, courteous and timely. They were dedicated to getting my roof repaired on schedule and did a wonderful job that was absolutely stellar. The workers were careful to clean up everything each day. Very good pricing as well. I will definitely use this company again. The absolute BEST !

LTL Construction repaired two shrinkage cracks on our basement wall. The repair was made from both the inside and out, outside needed excavation. They did all of the repairs as was recommended by a structural engineer. The employees were very respectful, and informative and our neighbors even stated how clean they left everything! After this job, we also had them do additional concrete slabs. See pics.

Substantial house renovation in a short timeframe! Max and his team were referred to me by my structural engineer. I live out of state and decided to put my home on the market (previously it had been a rental). In order to do that, though, we needed to complete significant repairs to the foundation, stucco, etc. and had to do so quickly if we wanted to get the home live for the spring market. Max and his guys met the aggressive timeline (despite the fact that we had ridiculous snow storms in March and April this year!!) that we agreed on and came in on budget. AND - since I live out of state, he sent me routine updates with pictures. I cannot recommend him enough!!!

LTL Construction did an excellent job on repairing the foundation and walls of our garage. Great communication throughout the process. Very professional workmen and great quality work. Once they started the work, they completed it in five consecutive days. Their quote and total price for the project was far less than another company that suggested completely demolishing the old garage and building a new one. The final price of LTL Construction garage work was less than what they estimated it would be, because after removing parts of the garage they discovered there was already a foundation that they could build upon instead of having to excavate and pour a new foundation. Overall a very good experience. I would definitely use them again.

Max and his team are very professional, experienced and a pleasure to work with. We bought a home in Villanova in spring 2017 and the rim joist was rotted in back of house which lead to other issues. They were on time, professional, and extremely efficient. We have used LTL Construction for other projects as well. 10/10

Max and his team could not have been any better. After dealing with contractor after contractor who really did not know what they were doing it was great to finally deal with a contractor who is not only knowledgeable, but incredibly friendly and professional as well. He and his entire team were able to finish the array of small to medium sized projects that we had in our home quickly and at a very reasonable cost. At the end of each day they were sure to seep up after themselves and to leave each room cleaner than when they entered. I have referred Max and his team to many neighbors and now he has been doing small to large projects on our whole street. Hiring a contractor to do a major structural improvement to our house was daunting. We were making a substantial investment in our home, and we wanted it to be cared for. Max and his team are thorough, professional, and highly skilled. I worked with LTL Construction after buying my house, and it was a great experience. Max is flexible, friendly, reliable, skilled and communicative. His team started work on the project as earlier as he could, and worked quickly and efficiently, which is helpful when you're feeling stressed about home renovations and moving from one home to another! I needed to get star bolts added to the house, which involves interior and exterior work, and Max did a great job. He also took care of a million other issues in the house - installing shower doors, lighting fixtures, etc etc - and his team handled everything.

We had LTL Construction out to do structural repair to our porch. They were fast, did great work, and the price was in the middle of the quotes we got. We are happy with the new porch, and with our choice. The company is really family oriented, employing mostly family and friends for the restucco, reframe, repaint. Would absolutely recommend them for any work one needs done. Special shout out to the crew we had. They were responsive and careful, coming back twice to make sure the job was done as we wanted it.
